Art tragedy: Jeremy Blake dies at 35

The New York Times posted this article on the life and work of Jeremy Blake.

I remember seeing his first solo show at Feigen Gallery, now Kintz, Tillou + Feigen and followed his career fairly closely ever sinse.

His work definitely showed promise and he was, in some respects, one of the very few people making interesting technology-based work (besides Cory Archangel).

I know that some of my friends were acquaintances of Blake’s and it is sad to hear the tragic story of his death.
